Floral Orders
We offer same-day delivery on most floral orders placed before 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone. We do not offer same-day delivery on some bouquets that use unique flowers — such as exotics — due to the availability of these flowers. Also, we can't guarantee a specific delivery time as delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered or the location of the recipient.

Specialty Gift Orders
Specialty gift orders are delivered through a shipping service and arrive based on the shipping schedule selected during the order process. We ship specialty gifts through standard shipping (3 business days), two-day, or next-day delivery.

Delivery Confirmation
We guarantee delivery of beautiful and quality gifts that the recipient is sure to enjoy. Please allow 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date prior to requesting confirmation of your order.
